Find Your Next Vehicle. We Handle the Details.

A simpler way to find the right vehicle, explore your options, and complete your purchase with guidance from a dedicated manager.

At Canada Auto Hub, we work with a network of dealerships to help customers find vehicles that match their needs and purchasing preferences.

Our process starts with understanding your application and what you are looking for. Once we have your complete application, we can connect you with the appropriate manager, discuss your budget and eligibility where applicable, and help source a suitable vehicle through our dealership network.

Whether you are looking to finance your next vehicle or purchase it with cash, our team will guide you through the process.

Your Vehicle Purchase in 5 Simple Steps

Step 1

Complete Your Full Application

Start by completing our full application form with your contact details, employment and income information, and other requested details. We require a complete application so our team can understand your circumstances, determine the appropriate next steps, and assign your inquiry to the right finance manager or sales manager. This process helps us avoid incomplete inquiries, unnecessary back and forth, and delays in finding the vehicle you want. Submitting an application does not obligate you to purchase a vehicle.

Step 2

Speak With Your Assigned Manager

Once your completed application has been received, a member of our team will contact you. You will be assigned a dedicated finance manager or sales manager who will be your main point of contact throughout the process. They will discuss your vehicle preferences, budget, purchasing plans, and any questions you may have. If you are considering financing, the manager can explain the next steps for assessing your eligibility and available financing options. Any credit check will be conducted only with the required authorization and applicable disclosures. If you are a cash buyer, simply let your manager know. Your inquiry can be handled as a cash purchase rather than a financing request.

Step 3

Understand Your Options and Find Your Vehicle

We want to help you find a vehicle that fits your needs and budget. For financing customers, the initial assessment helps establish an appropriate vehicle budget and identify potential financing options, subject to lender review and approval. Once your budget and preferences are understood, your assigned manager can work with the dealership network to identify suitable vehicles. You can discuss your preferred make, model, year, mileage, features, and price range. We focus on finding a vehicle that matches your requirements rather than asking you to choose from an inventory list before we understand what you need. For cash buyers, we can focus on your preferred vehicle and purchase budget instead of financing eligibility. Vehicle availability, pricing, condition, history, and suitability must be confirmed before you make your final purchase decision.

Step 4

Review the Vehicle and Complete the Paperwork

Once a suitable vehicle has been identified, your manager will help coordinate the next steps with the relevant dealership. You can discuss the vehicle details, available history documentation, pricing, and any applicable purchase conditions before proceeding. Where available, vehicle history reports and supporting records can be provided for your review. The documentation available may vary by vehicle. If you decide to proceed, your manager will help coordinate the required paperwork with the dealership, including financing documents where applicable, purchase agreements, and other required documents. Review the terms carefully and ask questions before signing. You remain in control of your purchasing decision.

Step 5

Pick Up Your Vehicle or Arrange Delivery

Once the dealership has confirmed the purchase requirements have been completed and the vehicle is ready, you can coordinate pickup or discuss delivery options. Delivery availability, timing, location, and any associated fees depend on the vehicle and the participating dealership. Your assigned manager will help coordinate communication and guide you through the final steps. The goal is to make the process clear and straightforward from your initial application to receiving your vehicle.

Why Can't I Just Browse the Entire Inventory First?

We understand that many customers want to see vehicles before starting the process. Our approach is designed to help us understand what you are looking for, establish an appropriate purchasing budget, and connect you with the right person before spending time sourcing vehicles.

Our dealership network may offer a wide range of vehicles, including pre owned vehicles, lease returns, former rental vehicles, and other dealership inventory. However, available inventory changes regularly. Not every vehicle will be suitable for every customer, and not every vehicle will be available at the time of your inquiry.

A completed application helps our team:

  1. Understand your purchasing goals and vehicle preferences.
  2. Connect you with the appropriate finance manager or sales manager.
  3. Establish your budget and financing requirements where applicable.
  4. Search for suitable vehicles instead of presenting options that may not fit your needs.
  5. Coordinate communication and paperwork through one main point of contact.

Important: Completing an application is the first step in the process. It does not guarantee financing approval, vehicle availability, a particular price, or a completed purchase.

We aim to make the process efficient for both customers and our dealership partners while helping you focus on vehicles that fit your needs.

Paying Cash? You Can Still Work With Us.

You do not have to finance a vehicle to work with Canada Auto Hub. If you plan to purchase your next vehicle with cash, you can still complete the same full application to get started.

Here is how it works:

  1. Complete the full application with your contact details and vehicle preferences.
  2. When your manager contacts you, explain that you are a cash buyer.
  3. Tell your manager which vehicle you want or describe the type of vehicle you are looking for.
  4. Your manager will help coordinate the vehicle search and confirm availability, pricing, and purchasing requirements with the relevant dealership.
  5. Once you have selected a vehicle, the dealership will guide you through the cash purchase paperwork and payment process.

Why is an application required for cash buyers?

The application allows us to collect the information needed to assign your inquiry to the appropriate manager and coordinate your request. It also helps us keep your vehicle preferences and contact details organized throughout the process.

Cash buyers do not need to pursue financing simply because they submit an application. If you are purchasing with cash, let your manager know so the process can be handled accordingly.

A credit check is not automatically required simply because you are a cash buyer. Any additional information requested will depend on the circumstances of the transaction.
